The living/sleeping area is equipped with a modern double bed (queen size, comfortable mattress), two stylish armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a wardrobe. The comfortable seating invites you to linger. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can watch the hustle and bustle of your neighborhood as you wish.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances (refrigerator, ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher) and all kitchen utensils for daily use (pots, plates, cups, glasses, etc.).

In the dining room, a spacious solid wood dining table can seat up to four people.
